About Amsterdam Beautiful Property Rental
As experienced rental agents, we wanted to combine our love for the city of Amsterdam with our experience in real estate brokerage in the region. That is why we started Amsterdam Beautiful Property Rental in 2004.
Did you know that we started on room of only about ten square meters on the Elandsgracht, in the heart of the Jordaan?
Although we subsequently moved from the Jordaan to a monument on the Prinsengracht and are now located in Oud Zuid, our love for the Jordaan remains unabated.
Since our establishment, we have been the chosen rental agents for several hundred home owners and are the reliable partner for many international organizations. Expats looking for high-quality rental properties in Amsterdam know where to find us.

What's our secret?
We do not believe in just offering a wide range of homes, but seek out and lease unique and exclusive homes and good quality apartments in desirable neighbourhoods such as the Amsterdam canals, the Museum Quarter, the Jordaan and the Pijp, as well as in new, lesser-known and developing neighbourhoods. Our love of architecture, design and sustainability draws us to the many modern newly built neighborhoods off the trodden path.
That’s where our priorities lie. That and the personal service we provide to our aspirant renters and our landlords. We want to invest in long term relationships and collaborations, and for that reason we work quickly and offer excellent service, before, during and after the lease.
Contribution
In addition, we think it is important that Amsterdam remains as beautiful in the future as it is now. We therefore consciously keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.
We cycle to appointments, avoid the car (despite it’s being electric!), and regularly support a number of organizations that we think provide an important contribution to our local environment; in a broader context in Europe through rewilding; and in Africa through rescue efforts and rehabilitation programs for, among others, orphaned elephants.
